In the wake of 9/11, the 2003 Electrical Blackout, and the protected critical infrastructure failures that exponentially amplified the human, property, economic and societal consequences of Hurricane Katrina, panelists will discuss the imperative to advance current iterations of Pre 9/11 Critical Infrastructure Protection policies and standards and provide for a 21st Century, objectively measurable, achievable, and sustainable risk-based standard of critical infrastructure, corporate, regional, Defense, and by extension – national resilience.
